2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. You may return unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The 30-day period begins on the date you receive the product, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's delivery records.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- In new, unused, and resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any signs of use, damage, or tampering
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened dietary supplements or health products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products purchased during special promotional sales marked as "final sale"
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Digital products or downloadable content

4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Do not send products back without first obtaining a RAN, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 Customer-Initiated Returns
For returns initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5.2 Company-Initiated Returns
If we request a return due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.
5.3 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If you refuse delivery or if a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
6.1 Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and no later than 7 days after delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
When reporting a problem, please provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- Photos of the product packaging
6.2 Resolution Options
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- A full refund, including original shipping costs
- A replacement product shipped at no additional cost
- A partial refund or store credit if you choose to keep the item
6.3 Return Process
If we determine that a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.
7. Refund Process
7.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9.2 Defective Product Exchanges
If you receive a defective product and wish to receive a replacement of the same item, please contact us. We will expedite the shipment of a replacement product and provide instructions for returning the defective item.
10. Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to:

- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment information

11. International Returns
11.1 International Return Process
Customers outside Finland may return products in accordance with this policy. However, please note that:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- Returns may take longer to process due to international shipping times
- Products must comply with customs regulations for return shipment

11.2 Customs and Duties
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw using a clear statement.
12. Lost or Stolen Packages
12.1 Delivery Confirmation
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, the risk of loss transfers to you.
12.2 Reporting Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for a delivery notice or alternative delivery location
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.
12.3 Shipping Insurance
For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout. Insurance can protect you against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
13. Warranty Information
13.1 Product Quality
We stand behind the quality of our products. All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
